Returns

We strive hard to ensure every customer has the best experience within our store.  Sometimes, despite our best efforts, there are times when you may need to return your purchase. 

We have a policy of free returns & exchanges on non-sale items, which includes a full refund on original shipping cost for the item(s), as well as the cost of the return shipping label.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your items, you may return your order to us for an exchange OR for a full refund, free of charge.

Our return policy is effective for up to 30 days of original purchase.

*Please note that ALL items on sale or purchased via promo/discount code are FINAL and are NOT eligible for exchange or return, but are only available to receive store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, without stains, odor or fragrance, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five to seven business of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Regularly priced items that you are not completely satisfied with or discovered to be defective or damaged may be eligible to be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customerservice@amidlightsknack.com
