Shipping policy

All of your shipments are tracked and you can expect to receive tracking information via email within 5-7 business days of shipment. Please note, shipping election (first class, priority, etc.) does not start until after our processing time

Once your order has been dispatched to a courier, Amid Light's Knack has no control of your package and accepts no responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. If there are any delays or concerns with your package once posted (including the rare case of your package not arriving) Amid Light's Knack is not liable as we have no control of the whereabouts of your order.  In this instance, please contact the chosen courier service with the tracking number that was provided when the package was sent. Unfortunately, we are not able to give any refunds or resend orders in these circumstances.

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we kindly ask your understanding that Amid Light's Knack cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, theft, etc. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
